Let the Quran Speak’s Ramadan Journal Giveaway is open to residents of Canada and the United States. Entrants must be 18 years or older as of their date of entry in this promotion in order to qualify. This giveaway is subject to federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited by law. Let the Quran Speak’s employees, its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, and directors (collectively the “Employees”), as well as members of an Employees' immediate family and/or those living in the same household of Employees, are ineligible to participate in the “Let the Quran Speak” Ramadan Journal Giveaway.
Let the Quran Speak’s Ramadan Journal Giveaway entry period begins on March 9, 2022 and ends on March 15, 2022 at 11:59 PM EST. To be eligible for the giveaway, entries must be received before the specified entry period. Eligible entrants can enter the giveaway by liking the original giveaway post, following the Let the Quran Speak Instagram page, and tagging anyone they know using the @ feature of Instagram commenting. For an additional entry, entrants can reshare the original giveaway post on their Instagram story. This entry can only count if @quranspeaks.tv is mentioned in your Instagram story. As a participant, your entry must fully meet all the giveaway requirements, as specified in the Official Rules, in order to be eligible to win the prize. Incomplete entries or those that do not adhere to the Official Rules or specifications will be disqualified at our sole discretion. The total number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning.
Winners of Let the Quran Speak’s Ramadan Journal Giveaway will receive ONE journal of their choosing from the seven journals pictured in the original giveaway Instagram post. There shall be no cash or other prize substitution permitted. The prize is non-transferable. The winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Let the Quran Speak. Let the Quran Speak will notify the winner via Instagram direct message and announce the winner on our official Instagram page on March 16th. Let the Quran Speak is not responsible for nor shall have no liability for the winner’s failure to receive notices due to Instagram direct messaging settings that may cause notifications to be marked as spam. If the winner fails to claim the prize within seven days from the time the award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
Winner must ensure they provide Let the Quran Speak with their correct mailing address. Let the Quran Speak is not responsible for nor shall have no liability for the winner’s failure to provide the correct mailing address upon acceptance of the prize. Let the Quran Speak will cover basic shipping costs and fees and is not responsible for the damage of any item upon arrival.
